Training as always is on the second Saturday of the month July 12th from 9am-noon at Harvey West Park behind Costco in Santa Cruz. As mentioned above we are having a pot luck after training at the park.
In case I didn’t make myself clear - you are all invited to Greg’s memorial. We will be having a more informal gathering in a few weeks, but you are all invited. Please don’t feel obligated to attend and OTOH don’t stay away if you want to come. Do what feels right to you.

The following is cross posted from Dales yahoo mailer group,
From Sheila Haddad’s newsletter:
<<In addition Soke approved the Women’s Tai Kai for 2010. This idea came out
of the Stockholm seminar with the women in January, and the enthusiasm for
it has gained momentum. I am not sure I mentioned the womens yahoo group we
have formed. But for those women interested in being a part of it, please
email <sheila@livingtheway .com> me and I will send you instructions. It is
for Bujinkan women only!! At this writing we have 93 in the group, and from
all countries in the world. We are having great discussions, from beginning
training, to challenges we encounter as women. Now we are discussing the
logistics of the Tai Kai and it is so wonderful to see all the women
participating in this brain storming. Any Bujinkan men, please share this
news with the women in your school!>>

the post is in regards to:
“Saturday, July 19th, will also be the inaugural Kunoichi Kai.
Sheila Haddad (15th Dan, Germany) will lead this one-of-a-kind
’seminar-within- a-seminar’ for women only. If you haven’t had a
chance to train with Sheila, this is an opportunity not to be
missed–especially now that she’s no longer in the US–and will
undoubtedly make a difference in your training. Sheila has trained
women around the world, including some countries where the culture is
incredibly tough on women, and is very active in the world of women’s
self defense.”
